MALE SUSPECT ACCUSED OF VACAVILLE AUTO DEALERSHIP BREAK-IN ARRESTED IN SACRAMENTO

SACRAMENTO — Male suspect James Phillips, 26 years of age was accused of stealing a truck from an auto dealership in Vacaville and has since been arrested late Sunday in Sacramento, according to detectives. The break-in happened just before 5 a.m. Sunday morning when the suspect decided to shatter a window at the dealership, take the keys to a truck and drive off the lot. The truck was then reported to the Vacaville Police Department as a stolen vehicle.

Mr. Phillips was later spotted by Sacramento police in the stolen vehicle. He's been taken into custody and is now facing charges of burglary and vehicle theft.
